Sister's Who Achieve Goals raised $550 Tuesday to benefit the relief efforts in Haiti, said Marissa Williams, new member intake coordinator.

"We have two Haitian members, so we thought it would be important to do what we could," Lauren Higgins, club spokeswoman, said.

SWAG donated the money to the San Angelo chapter of the Red Cross for Haitian relief.

"Hearts for Haiti," a bake sale, sold cookies and cupcakes, iced in Haitian flag colors, for $1 or 75 cents a piece.
